Yes. We come out, measure the space, look at the subfloor or walls, talk through materials with you and give you a written price — with no obligation to go ahead.

If the boards are solid and still have enough wood above the tongue, refinishing almost always makes sense — it costs much less than new flooring and can completely change the color. Replacement is the better choice when there's widespread water damage, loose or cupped boards, or the floor has already been sanded too many times. We'll tell you honestly which one your floor needs.

It depends on the room. Hardwood adds the most value and can be refinished for decades, so it's ideal for living areas, dining rooms and bedrooms. LVP is waterproof and very scratch-resistant, which makes it the better choice for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, rentals and homes with big dogs. Many of our customers use both.

A typical room of LVP takes a day; a whole floor of a house usually takes two to four days. New hardwood needs a few days to acclimate before installation, and a sand and refinish needs drying time between coats. We give you a schedule with your estimate so you can plan around it.

Yes. We can move standard furniture out of the work area, tear out old carpet, tile, laminate or vinyl, and haul it away. Just let us know about any heavy or delicate pieces, like pianos or safes, when we write the estimate.

Yes. Along with homes, we install flooring and remodel offices, retail spaces and rental and investment properties, and we can schedule around your business hours to keep disruption low.
